Hair Preparation
Please ensure your hair is freshly washed, fully blow-dried and free of oils/grease
Payment/Deposit
A £15 non refundable deposit is required when booking. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.
Hair Requirements
I exclusively work with Xpression brand hair, ensuring the best quality for your styles, all included in my pricing. For those seeking boho/goddess styles, high-quality synthetic curly pieces are provided as well. For boho/goddess braids, please select the add-on option to your selected braids size. Please note that our prices are based on mid-length styles (price remains unchanged for shoulder length) so don't forget to select add-ons for extra length! I have included a braid length chart to aid you in choosing your preferred length.
Late arrival/ Cancellation
Please arrive on time, not late or early.
-Being 30minutes late may result to your appointment being cancelled.
-A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
-Appointments may be rescheduled one time only.
Guests
To ensure a safe environment for everyone, we kindly ask that no extra guests are allowed, except for a parent accompanying their child.
Location
Full address will be sent to your email after booking is confirmed. Street parking is available for your convenience.
Terms of Service
-The stylist reserves the right to refuse service due to scalp conditions, lice, open wounds or other health concerns.
-Clients with known allergies or sensitivities must inform the stylist before the appointment.
- The stylist is not responsible for any concerns that may arise due to pre-existing scalp or hair conditions.
-No refunds for completed services but adjustments may be offered at your discretion.
-With Client's consent, pictures/videos of completed styles may be used for marketing, social media, or website content. Clients can opt out by informing the stylist before or after the appointment.
-Style longevity depends on aftercare; the stylist is not responsible for issues caused by improper maintenance.
-By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to all booking policies and terms of service outlined on this website.
